| Any defective product must be returned within 10 days of receipt for exchange only! No refunds will be made for music that is already opened, due to copyright laws. |

| For your privacy, we do not sell, rent or disclose any customer information. This includes the e-mail address you are invited to give when you buy something from us. It also is not used for spam in any way. It will be used only to let you know when Doug has a new album or other product (such as ticket sales and possibly a fan club). Therefore, it is only a "good" thing to be added. Being taken off is as easy as sending an e-mail with "Unsubscribe" as the subject heading. |
